Today it is 44 degrees! Yesterday was similar. It has helped me so much. I get so down when it is cold for too long. Me and the cat were able to go outside and soak in some sun. We both loved it. I can't wait for spring time when the flowers start to come up! Any suggestions on how I can pass the rest of the winter more easily?

I agree with you the cold winter is hard to get through, and it is even more difficult when there is no sunshine!
